How long will my order take to arrive?
Because PECOLA products are prepared with care, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on the way. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Are all PECOLA products natural?
Our products are thoughtfully formulated using ingredients selected for their purpose, quality, and experience. Many of our products feature botanicals, herbs, nourishing oils, and rich butters, while select scented products contain premium fragrance oils. Full ingredient information is provided on each product page so you can choose what's right for you.
Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yes. Our herbal teas are caffeine-free. Each 1.8 oz pouch makes approximately 20–25 cups.
