All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change from time to time. We make every effort to display accurate prices, product details and images, though colours and packaging may vary slightly. Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight natural variation between batches is normal. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse an order if a genuine mistake has occurred.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Pecola Naturals or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

Our products are wellness and personal care items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. For external use products, please perform a patch test before use and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pecola Naturals operates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
